By using our platform, whether via the website or the mobile app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which aim to govern the relationship between users and the platform according to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Legal Eligibility

To use the platform, users must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform under the supervision and consent of a legal guardian. Use of the platform is a declaration that the user is fully legally eligible under Saudi law.

Account Creation

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and are fully responsible for any unauthorized use.
• The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete any account containing misleading or inaccurate information.

• Online booking and request submission to centers.
• Daily child reports from the center.

• Submitting requests to participate in promotional or educational content (for centers and nurseries).

Payment Policy

• Payments are processed electronically through a secure gateway compliant with approved systems in the Kingdom (e.g., Moyasar).
• Payment is made after the center approves the request.
• Payment receipts are stored in the user’s dashboard.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation and refund policies vary according to each participating center’s policy.
• Users must review the center’s policy before confirming a booking.
• The platform is not responsible for any payments made directly outside the platform.

User Responsibilities

• Providing accurate child information during booking.
• Adhering to arrival and departure times agreed with the center.
• Monitoring booking status and reports through the platform.

Center Responsibilities

• Regularly updating their data and services on the platform.
• Providing daily reports and maintaining effective communication with parents.
• Respecting data privacy and not sharing it with any third party.

Data Privacy

• No personal data is shared with external parties without explicit user consent.
• Users have the right to request the modification or deletion of their data at any time.

Intellectual Property Rights

All design rights, logos, content, and software tools on the platform are owned by First Step.

No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.

Liability

The platform does not guarantee the quality of services provided by the centers; they are directly responsible.

Modifications to Terms
